Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations Support
Coordinate and follow up on sales-related documentation, including quotations, tenders, product returns, and authorization letters.
Support urgent customer orders and ensuretimelycoordination across departments.
Provide sales teams with product information such as inventory status, expiry dates, and expected arrival dates.
Prepare andmaintainsales materials, operational documents, and business data.
Create andmaintainsystem master data and AX codes.
Sales Performance & Reporting
Prepare monthly sales reports and business performance analyses.
Consolidatesales data, budget tracking, travel plans, and activity reports.
Support incentive programs, special projects, and sales reward initiatives.
Generate customized reports and insights to support business decisions.
CRM & Data Management
Maintain and enhance customer databases forSales team, consumablesegments.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within CRM systems.
Develop reports and dashboards that support sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a key liaison between Sales and internal stakeholders including Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse, Purchasing, Marketing, and Finance.
Resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency.
Identifyroot causes of delays or errors and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare monthly sales performance updates and reports for key supplier reviews.
