Job Description

Key Responsibility

1. Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contract review documentation.
2. Maintain and update CRM systems, sales pipelines, and sales tracking reports on a daily basis.
3. Qualify inbound leads and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives.
4. Coordinate with customers to gather requirements, schedule meetings, and follow up on inquiries.
5. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, including revenue forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Generate sales performance reports and analytics for management review.
7. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements and business processes.
8. Monitor and improve operational workflows by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.
9. Facilitate effective communication between sales, operations, and other departments to resolve customer and operational issues promptly.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
11. Communicate and reinforce company guidelines related to attendance, performance, workplace conduct, and employee expectations.
12. Promote and support a positive health and safety culture by encouraging safe work practices and employee participation.
13. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales and operational activities.
14. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
15. Provide general administrative and coordination support to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
16. Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of business operations.
