Focus to support the sales team. Updates manager by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.

Sales Coordinator Essential Functions:
- Inventory Reports
- Intradepartmental open sales order reports
- Order entry and reports
- Daily point of contact
- Inventory tracking and order release coordination
- Set up sales meetings
- Work order entry
- Sales order review and approvals
- Administrative support for Sales Manager and the team as needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned

Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems related).
Required Knowledge:
- Previous experience in sales administration.
Required Experience:
- One year of sales experience.
Skill and Ability:
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multitask, prioritize, and be dependable and reliable.
- Competency with Microsoft Office products and sales software.
Communication Skills:
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
