About the role:

• Thesalescoordinator acts as a key point of contact for clientordermanagement.

What you'll do:

• Open and manage client accounts while ensuring compliance with documents and procedures.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure contractual commitments are met.

• Enter and share client order information efficiently within internal systems.

• Produce reports for different teams.

• Follow up with various stakeholders.

• Support the sales team: order validation, client correspondence.

• Provide support to the administration team for specific projects

Qualifications:

• Relevantprofessionaldiploma(DEP) orcollegediploma(DEC)inadministration, office managementorequivalentexperience.

• At least 5 years of relevantexperience

• Experience in a manufacturing company in an international context is an asset.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive) and comfortable with digital tools.

• Familiarity with management software (ERP).

• Fluent in French and English. High-level written English is required due to an international clientele.
