Under the direction of the Senior Account Executive, the Sales Coordinator provides direct assistance to the Account Executive team in support of all sales analysis, sales administration, and sales coordination activities related to all MGI Brands.
This is a hybrid position located in our Paramus, NJ Corporate Headquarters.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Compile and analyze sales by SKUs & Doors
Compile and communicate Monthly Door Selling Report and Weekly SKU Selling reports
Provide field representatives a picture file of account specific assortments
Provide picture file of account specific core, newness, replenishment and markdowns assortments
Enter, maintain, and track orders in SAP; check price holds and monitor fill.
Updater new product forms for specific accounts
Set up customer web forms and coordinate digital images to be sent to retailers.
Web Maintenance - Check status of images/accuracy of copy
Edit and maintain Drop Ship Table
Assist with the organization of data and materials for customer meetings/presentations/trainings.
Work with customer service and Account Executives to resolve issues as they arise.
Support and assist in event logistics for market week, Account meetings, etc.
Coordinate, track, and load all promotional pricing requests.
Review and resolve pricing discrepancies as they arise.
Input and track return authorizations in SAP.
Coordinate opening of new accounts to include review of customer application ensuring completeness and accuracy, obtaining approvals, and maintaining tracking log.
Coordinate all required materials for new accounts.
Send and track samples to accounts
Marketing - line sheet management and maintenance
Monthly update of GXS catalogs with newness/updated master SKU file.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong inter-personal skills, decision making capabilities, and strong organizational skills.
Innovative, to make processes more efficient as needed.
Pro-active, resourceful, self-starter
Extremely flexible and able to adjust to changing business needs and responsibilities.
Ability to provide support to a large sales team at varying organization levels.
Proficient in Excel and the ability to learn other Microsoft Office features and SAP.
The hourly range for this position is $26.00 to $29.00 per hour. The rate is determined by individualized factors such as experience and market location.
