About this Position
This role provides critical support to the
sales function by ensuring smooth administrative operations, accurate data
management, and effective coordination across stakeholders. You will be
responsible for preparing key sales documentation, maintaining system data
integrity, and acting as a central point of contact between sales, internal
teams, and customers. The position also plays an important role in monitoring
order processes, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous
improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in sales
operations.
What you´ll do
- Provide comprehensive administrative and documentation support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, contracts, and related documents, while ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of customer master data, material master data, and pricing information within the system, in line with internal processes and controls.
- Act as a central coordination point between the sales team, internal departments, and customers to facilitate smooth daily operations and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and follow up on order processing, documentation, and system updates to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement in sales processes by identifying gaps, enhancing workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies. ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive timely resolution.
- High level of ownership and accountability in supporting sales operations and ensuring smooth processes.
- Familiarity with order processing, pricing management, and sales documentation workflows is preferred.
- Experience working in a B2B or multinational environment is an advantage.
