Job Description

The Geoprobe® Sales Coordinator is an asset to the sales team and customers by supporting all aspects of the sales process and ensuring a high level of organization, follow-through, and customer experience. This role works closely with Sales Representatives to coordinate activities from initial customer contact through delivery and training, helping build strong customer relationships along the way.

The Sales Coordinator will contribute to customer success through clear communication, coordination of logistics, and attention to detail, while growing product knowledge and supporting demonstrations, trainings, and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationships

  • Develop working knowledge of Geoprobe® products to support customer needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to support a positive experience
  • Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships through timely follow-up and service
  • Support Sales Representatives in understanding customer needs and delivering appropriate solutions
  • Represent Geoprobe® professionally in appearance, conduct, and communication aligned with our Statement of Objectives

Sales Process

  • Learn and support all stages of the sales process from initial contact to delivery and training
  • Support Sales Representatives by managing coordination from sale through completion
  • Ensure customers receive timely communication and follow-up throughout the sales process
  • Assist with scheduling customer visits, demonstrations, and follow-up activities, and trade shows
  • Identify customer and prospect opportunities and communicate with the Sales Representative
  • Support travel planning and coordination to maximize efficiency
  • Coordinate machine deliveries, trainings, and logistics across departments

Product Competency

  • Expand knowledge of Geoprobe® product lines
  • Develop familiarity with rigs and tooling systems
  • Build confidence supporting demonstrations and customer trainings
  • Assist in communicating product features, benefits, and applications

Geographic Coverage

  • Travel is required – 20 to 40% over calendar year
  • Participate in customer visits, demonstrations, and industry events as needed

Requirements

  • College degree or relevant industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and prioritization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer, phone, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Good physical capability (bending, lifting, and reaching items); ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
  • Class A CDL is a plus
