Join Us as a Sales Coordinator

Are you passionate about driving sales success, supporting high-impact bids, and collaborating across diverse teams? Join us and play a key role in enabling business growth and delivering winning proposals.
1. Bid & RFP Support
- Assist with the preparation and submission of RFP and proposal responses across Sales, Product, Delivery, Finance, and Legal teams
- Support the maintenance of bid schedules, submission deadlines, action trackers, and document repositories
- Ensure proposal submissions:
- Follow company standards and templates
- Include required technical and commercial inputs
- Meet submission requirements and deadlines
- Follow up with internal stakeholders on outstanding inputs and documentation
- Assist in preparing executive summaries, compliance matrices, scope clarification documents, and customer response trackers
2. Proposal Preparation & Sales Assistance
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals, budgetary quotations, customer presentations, and workshop materials
- Assist in gathering technical inputs, resource estimations, delivery assumptions, and product descriptions
- Ensure consistency of messaging, formatting, branding, and terminology across submissions
3. Support to Legal, Finance & Product Teams
- Assist communication between Sales and internal stakeholders during bid and contract preparation
- Support coordination with Legal, Finance, and Product/Delivery teams
- Track internal approval progress prior to customer submission
4. CRM & Sales Pipeline Support
- Support CRM accuracy, opportunity tracking, forecasting discipline, and pipeline reporting
- Follow up with sales teams on CRM updates, customer actions, and proposal status
- Assist in preparing sales dashboards, pipeline summaries, and reporting materials
5. Customer & Opportunity Support
- Assist with scheduling customer meetings, follow-ups, and internal preparation sessions
- Support opportunity tracking, market research, tender monitoring, and competitor insights
6. Junior Sales Management Responsibilities
- Support smaller opportunities and low-complexity bids under guidance
- Participate in customer discussions and solution review meetings
- Contribute to pipeline development and lead generation activities
7. Sales Process & Operational Support
- Assist in standardizing sales processes, templates, and bid methodologies
- Maintain proposal repositories and reusable content
- Support bid governance, opportunity reviews, and pre-bid qualification activities
8. Organizational & Administrative Support
- Support the Head of Sales in meeting preparation, reporting, and follow-ups
- Ensure communication across teams remains structured and action-oriented
- Provide operational support across geographically distributed teams
Job Specification
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Around 2–5 years of experience in sales support, bid management, or a similar role
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Good understanding of sales processes, proposals, and commercial documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
