
Provides administrative and operational support to the Travel and Wholesale/Corporate Sales Team, ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities, accurate documentation, and timely reporting. Acts as a key support in managing client inquiries, preparing sales contracts and proposals, and maintaining updated sales records and reports.
Assists Sales Managers in executing sales initiatives, coordinating client requirements, and ensuring efficient handling of reservations and related transactions. Supports the team in delivering seamless service aligned with Filinvest Hospitality's standards of efficiency, accuracy, and guest-centric service.
