We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with a service-minded attitude to join our Sales Operations Team This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of our order-to-cash process and enhance the Beneq customer experience This role is a one-year fixed-term substitute position until 31.7.2027, covering parental leave.

Your Role as a Sales Coordinator:

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the order-delivery-invoicing process and maintaining related customer and delivery communications.

  • Handling project, spare parts, and service orders

  • Collaborating with the warehouse to ensure smooth deliveries.

  • Managing invoicing processes efficiently.

  • Maintaining accurate customer information in the SAP system

  • Ensuring operational excellence across Beneq teams and international customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in similar sales support or customer service tasks.

  • Familiarity with export document handling, especially to US

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA

  • A solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
