Job Description

What's the role?

Think of yourself as the engine room behind our Trade team.

You'll support our Account Managers, coordinate campaigns, onboard new trade partners, manage contracts and systems, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From loading rates and setting up campaigns to maintaining partner records and answering trade enquiries, you'll play a key role in helping us connect travellers with incredible Australian holiday experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support trade partners from onboarding through to ongoing account administration, building strong relationships along the way.
  • Coordinate trade campaigns, contracts and partner agreements, ensuring rates, content and communications are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Maintain CRM data, reporting and partner records while working across multiple systems to support business operations.
  • Help improve processes, streamline workflows and support new initiatives as G'day Group continues to grow.

About You

  • Is comfortable working across systems, platforms and CRMs
  • Has a genuine passion for travel and tourism

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in tourism sales, trade operations, account coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the tourism distribution landscape, including FIT and Group channels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and multiple business systems.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Exposure to RMS, Rezdy, SiteMinder or similar systems will be highly regarded.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
