Job Description

Purpose

The Sales Coordinator at NEP Group provides operational and administrative support to the Media Services sales organization to ensure accurate scheduling, documentation, billing and communication across production activities. This role helps maintain the integrity of sales and event data within internal systems, supports coordination between sales and operational teams, and ensures timely reporting and information flow for both internal stakeholders and key clients. The position plays an important role in keeping our sales operations organized, responsive, and aligned with upcoming production schedules.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain work orders across systems for Mobile Units, Engineering Services, Equipment Rentals/Purchases, and Connected Solutions, ensuring all event and client information is accurate and updated in advance of scheduled activities

  • Maintain associated event documentation and production folders in shared systems to ensure work order information is organized and accessible to operational teams

  • Monitor, report on, and communicate about missing documentation related to work orders, such as bid sheets, quotes, and opportunity records.

  • Generate reports related to work orders, opportunities, clients, and scheduled activities from various systems for both internal and external audiences.

  • Support scheduling and note taking for periodic sales and commercial team meetings.

  • Support data entry and report generation in Salesforce

  • Assist with bid and client proposal creation

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Broadcast Production, or related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative, sales support, or operations coordination roles.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules, reports, and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong data management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using ScheduAll, Xytech System, SAGE or similar/related systems.

  • Experience working in broadcast production, media services, live event production, or sports broadcasting environments.

  • Familiarity with production scheduling systems and operational reporting tools.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams within technical or production environments.
