Job Description

Our client is an international smartphone accessories manufacturer and distributer.

Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Manager to reach the target sales committed.
• Prepare sales reports, process sales orders, arrange weekly shipments with forwarders for exports.
• Monitor orders and suppliers.
• Support accounting department in the process of preparing monthly report and documents.
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Over 3-5 years sales coordinator experience.
• Experience in electronic consumer or smartphone accessories field is preferable.
• Attentive to details, customer-oriented and organized.
• Fluent of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin, knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
