Our client is a well-known Watch Bracelet Trading & Manufacturing Company (MNC), they are looking for Sales Coordinator / Logistic Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiry, order processing, quotation, invoice and reporting
• Maintain and follow up sales orders
• Responsible for sample order arrangement with customers
• Handle shipping documents and delivery control
• Liaise with purchasing team
• Coordinate with supplier, customer and factory for goods delivery
• Provide sales, administrative and marketing support
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above
• At least 2 years sales coordinate & logistic experience
• Experience in handling shipment (shipping/logistic) is advantage
• Proficiency in SAP is preferable
• Good command of written & spoken Mandarin
• Proactive, Responsible, Good team player
• Strong interpersonal communication
