1.Compile lists of prospective customers and validate sales leads and work to support the sales representative.
2.Prepare material and quotations for customers; Create and update agreements.
3.Deal with client's follow up process and problems.
4.Cascade relevant issues and problems of the customers to CS and ensure solving.
5.Create reports; Monitor customer performance; Trace and report requirements; Screen of lost/new customers.
6.Other tasks assigned by manager.
1.College degree or above.
2.At least 2 years working experience relative to shipping.
3.Good English in reading &writing,CET4 and above.
4.Good command of computer skills; Proficient in MS Office, Excel, CRM.
5.Willing to work under pressure.
