We are currently recruiting for a self-motivated, solutions focused, and detail orientated individual to fill the position of Sales Coordinator in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our organization has an industry leading leadership team; a collaborative working environment full of determination and success; and a structure which offers best in class training and development to our team members.

As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the field sales and strategic account team in a variety of day-to-day activities; you will be a key contributor in successful communication and collaboration within the Western Canada Sales team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the deployment of on-time and accurate tools to help the field sales team win in-store including the coordination of supply order fulfillment via ProPack Canada. You will support the Sales and Shopper Experience teams with PO generation and invoicing to ensure timely and accurate payment to key vendors and suppliers. Other duties and responsibilities will also be required as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • One to three years in a similar role supporting Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing teams.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Problem solver and results oriented

  • Team Player – effective building internal and customer relationships

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently

  • Ability to meet and exceed deadlines

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office – Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook

  • Physically fit and able to lift cases of wine (up to 45lbs) to pack and/or receive shipments

COMPENSATION Budgeted Range – $52,997.00 - $68,584.00 The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
