
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
Coordinate sales activities such as sending quotes, compiling a submittal and preparing invoices for goods to be dispatched to clients.
Maintain client records and update sales database with relevant information
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address their inquiries and provide product information
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Must have skills:
Bachelor's Degree or similar with relevant experience in Sales Support or Sales Operations
Understanding for Sales process - Quotations, submittals, invoices, databases
Good communications skills - written & verbal
Understanding of Google / MS Office suite
