Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing, including shipment coordination and preparation of export/shipping documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of sales records and data entry into internal systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as logistics and warehousing to ensure prompt and smooth delivery of goods.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, pricing, documentation, and internal coordination.
• Foster effective collaboration between internal departments to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer orders, deliveries, and billing discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding payments, follow up with customers on overdue accounts, and support credit control efforts.
• Proactively provide feedback or suggestions to improve internal sales processes and contribute to market growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service/ order processing/ relevant experience in Marine Equipment/ Solutions or similar Industry
• Experience with SAP System is an advantage
• Able to work independently, able to multi-task and a good team player
• Customer service oriented
