The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting LandSolutions’ business development and marketing operations across both Canadian and U.S. markets. This position provides the organizational and analytical backbone for business development (BD) activities—ensuring CRM accuracy, coordinating events and outreach, conducting market research, and aligning communications across the organization. The Sales Coordinator enables efficiency, collaboration, and insight-sharing across BD teams, ensuring that leaders and seller-doers have access to accurate data, actionable intelligence, and effective client engagement support.
This position offers flexibility and can be based in Calgary, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Houston, Phoenix, or other locations across Canada and the U.S. Hybrid and remote work arrangements are available.

At LandSolutions, we specialize in securing access to land for various forms of project development on behalf of our clients. Our focus is on engaging stakeholders and communities, negotiating access to land, and preparing our clients for long-term management of property rights.
In addition, we provide advisory services for project team resourcing and capacity planning, activity scaling, and obligations management. We work closely with our clients to determine the resources and expertise needed, and the activities that require scaling to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions that will enable project success.
