Job Description

Responsibilities
Perform sales and adminstrative tasksHandle quotations, order processing, tracking and fulfilment of ordersAnswering of telephone calls and handle purchase enquiriesProvide general support for walk-in customersUnderstand sales contracts and purchase ordersMaintain a filing system of documentsHave good rapport with customer and sales team 
RequirementsCandidate must possess at least "O" level / "A" level / Diploma
At least 1 or 2 Year(s) of working experience is required for this positionExperience as a sales coordinator will be considered a plusIT competent - Proficient in MS Office applicationsKnowledge of office management systems and sales proceduresAcademic background in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantageGood communication and interpersonal skills;Highly motivated and able to work under pressureAble to set piority and have good time managementAble to work well in a team as well as independentlyAble to start immediately
