Job Description

About: Our client, a Japanese trading company is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Working Hour: Mon- Fri 8:30-17:30

Salary: 17K-20K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ordering and receipt of raw materials, and prepare Purchase Orders and Sales Contracts
  • Confirm delivery dates for raw materials and coordinate delivery schedules with both suppliers and customers
  • Arrange necessary documents, including certificates of origin and handle processing of related costs when they arise
  • Manage communication and resolution of raw material complaints and issues, coordinating with supervisors for guidance on actions

Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Chinese and English are preferred. Japanese is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow up with supervisors during issues and ensure proper actions are taken.
