Sales Contract Specialist

Sonova is seeking a Sales Contract Specialist to support the sales organization by managing RFPs, RFIs, and contract documentation for institutional and educational customers. This role blends contract review, customer-facing communication, internal coordination, and commercial support to help ensure accurate, timely, and competitive responses throughout the contract process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming RFPs, RFIs, and vendor documentation through automated contract portals
  • Review and validate contract information for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
  • Coordinate internal approvals with Sales, Legal, and cross-functional teams
  • Serve as a customer-facing contact to answer questions and guide clients through the RFP process
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions across multiple active requests
  • Partner with the sales leader to identify additional business opportunities, analyze terms, and help position competitive responses
  • Maintain data integrity within CRM and contract management systems while supporting sales objectives and commercial strategy

More about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4–5+ years of experience in contract review, RFP support, procurement, or sales operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and stakeholder interaction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow defined workflows and processes
  • Healthcare or healthcare manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commercial mindset

A minimum of 300 MB/sec download and 20 MB/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $77,040 - $96,300 . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
