The Sales Content Specialist plays a critical role in enabling seller effectiveness by developing, organizing, and optimizing high-impact, customer-facing content.
This role transforms approved brand frameworks, product messaging, and insights into compelling, easy-to-use sales collateral that supports consistent, value-driven customer conversations. Working closely with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Merchandising partners, this individual ensures content is relevant, on-brand, and accessible—empowering sellers to engage customers with clarity and confidence.

Specifically you will:
Sales Content Development & Design: 45%

  • Develop, design, and adapt customer-facing collateral (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, proposals, etc.) aligned to approved frameworks, brand standards, and messaging
  • Translate complex product, category, and solution information into clear, compelling sales stories that support value-based selling
  • Ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and key value propositions across segments, verticals, and channels
  • Build modular, flexible content that sellers can easily customize while maintaining brand and messaging integrity
  • Continuously evolve content formats to improve usability, clarity, and customer impact

Sales Enablement Support & Collaboration: 30%

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to identify content needs aligned to sales plays, campaigns, and go-to-market priorities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising to translate approved materials into practical, seller-ready assets
  • Support launch readiness by coordinating the rollout of content packages, toolkits, and messaging updates
  • Gather and incorporate seller feedback to improve content relevance, usability, and effectiveness in customer interactions

Content Management Governance: 15%

  • Maintain a structured, intuitive, and searchable content repository within enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Salesforce, SharePoint)
  • Audit and update content regularly to ensure accuracy, alignment to current offers, and lifecycle management
  • Apply version control, tagging, and governance standards to ensure sellers access the right content at the right time
  • Promote best practices for content usage and adherence to approval workflows

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement: 10%

  • Track content usage, adoption, and seller feedback to assess effectiveness
  • Analyze trends to identify gaps, redundancies, and high-performing content
  • Recommend improvements to content strategy, formats, and delivery to increase seller engagement and win rates
  • Share insights with Sales Enablement leadership to inform ongoing priorities

Some of what you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Certification or coursework in Sales Enablement, Content Strategy or Digital Design Tools considered an asset
  • 2–4 years in sales enablement, marketing, content development, or related field
  • Experience developing customer-facing or sales-facing materials
  • Exposure to B2B sales environments preferred
  • Strong content development and visual storytelling skills (PowerPoint, design tools, etc.)
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, customer-friendly messaging
  • Understanding of sales processes and value-based selling principles
  • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams
  • Attention to detail with a focus on brand consistency and content quality
  • Familiarity with content management and enablement platforms is an asset

Some of what you will get:
