We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant / Warehouse Store Person to join our team in Wodonga, Victoria. This full-time, permanent position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing stock and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable advice to enhance their shopping experience.
- Manage stock levels, including receiving, unpacking, and organising merchandise in the warehouse.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-presented and stocked, maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Participate in regular stocktakes and assist in inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is preferred.
