Automotive Sales Consultant

Commission-Based | 5-Day Work Week

What You Will Be Doing

  • Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle sales process from start to finish
  • Assist customers with vehicle selection, test drives, financing options, and paperwork
  • Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations of new and used vehicles
  • Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
  • Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage customer interactions and sales activities
  • Present vehicle pricing, deal structures, and additional finance products
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
  • Stay current on vehicle products, features, accessories, and manufacturer training
  • Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration
  • Generate business through phone calls, emails, prospecting, and referrals

What You Will Need

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with a track record of delivering positive experiences
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license
