
The Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing revenue opportunities across custom software development, digital solutions, and ICT Training & Traineeship programs.
This role focuses on selling outcomes—combining technology implementation with workforce capability development. You will engage senior business, technical, and HR stakeholders, drive complex deal cycles, and work closely with internal delivery and training teams to close high-value opportunities.

Qualifications
· Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in business development preferably in software, or digital solutions.
· Proven sales experience, preferably in software or technology.
· Familiarity with low-code platforms (such as OutSystems, Mendix, or PowerApps) is an advantage.
· Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how applications move from requirements through deployment.
· Working knowledge of user acceptance testing (UAT) and its role in validating business and technical requirements.
· Ability to recognize project urgency, manage timelines, and align sales activities with delivery milestones.
· Basic understanding of application development methodologies and delivery models.
· Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams to support customer expectations and commitments.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
