Sales Consultant (Recruitment)

Remote, South Africa

Our Outsourcing business supplies companies with outsourcing options. Typically, our customers will outsource compliance, payroll, accounting, and PA/EA work. We have three Project Leads sitting in the UK, and 40 staff working in Manila delivering the work.

We need a great outbound sales role for someone who can close deals and has a track record of excellent social media and LinkedIn marketing campaigns to drive leads.

We now need someone to ‘hit the road’ and win new business so we can continue to grow this part of the Group.

Outsourcing is an increasingly competitive and commercially sensible option for UK businesses, especially in the current climate. It literally solves the problem most businesses are feeling.

As always with sales, it's about finding the problem companies need to solve.

The ideal candidate will be presentable, creative, intelligent, and a confident salesperson. They need a comprehensive understanding of sales campaigns and how to create, manage and deliver them with results LinkedIn and social media will be key to generating leads – they will need to be creative and confident

We are a part of a growing Â£40M group, which gives them scope to influence the success of the group. This role will help shape and grow the outsourcing business and deliver revenue growth
