Are you an experienced recruiter with a proactive mindset and the confidence to build a market from the ground up? We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Commercial & Professional Services team, specialising in Procurement contract recruitment.
This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential contract desk focused on placing white-collar Procurement professionals across FMCG, Retail, and Financial Services sectors. You’ll recruit for roles including Senior Buyers, Supply Chain Managers, Procurement Specialists, Legal Counsel, and more.
Backed by a highly supportive and successful team, you’ll have the autonomy to build something commercially significant while benefiting from strong collaboration across the wider Matchtech business.

Building and developing a specialist Procurement contract desk within the London market.
Recruiting white-collar Procurement professionals across FMCG, Retail, and Financial Services sectors.
Developing new business opportunities and growing long-term client relationships.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement and account management.
Networking with Procurement professionals and clients to establish yourself as a market specialist.
Collaborating closely with colleagues across Matchtech’s wider teams and sectors.
Previous recruitment exposure, or a strong background within sales is required.
