As a Sales Consultant, PF at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank's personal finance products and services to individual customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Proactively identify and engage potential customers for personal finance products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for customers to recommend suitable banking solutions.
* Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly and accurately to customers.
* Process customer applications efficiently and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the bank.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
* Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
