Responsible for providing financial advice and solutions to clients, focusing on personal finance products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Job Responsibilities**
* Proactively identify and acquire new clients for personal finance products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable products and services.
* Present and explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly and accurately to potential customers.
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
* Prepare and process loan applications, credit card applications, and other personal finance product documentation accurately and efficiently.
* Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines).
* Achieve individual and team sales targets for personal finance products.
* Stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
* Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record in sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of personal finance products and services (e.g., personal loans, credit cards, insurance).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Customer-centric with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
* Prior experience in a bank or financial institution is an added advantage.
