Job Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and acquire new personal financing customers through various sales channels, including telemarketing, roadshows, and branch referrals.
* Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable personal financing solutions (e.g., personal loans, credit cards).
* Explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly and comprehensively to customers.
* Guide customers through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
* Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to convert them into successful applications.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing their queries.
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Stay updated on RHB Bank's personal financing products, policies, and industry trends.
* Adhere to all internal policies, compliance regulations, and ethical sales practices.
* Prepare and submit sales reports as required.
Job Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven sales experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on personal financing products.
* Strong understanding of personal financing products and services.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and finance are encouraged to apply.
