As a Sales Consultant, PF at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank's personal financing products to prospective and existing customers, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and acquire new personal financing customers through various sales channels, including telemarketing, branch walk-ins, and outbound sales activities.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for customers to recommend suitable personal financing products (e.g., personal loans, credit cards) that align with their financial goals.
* Explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly and accurately to customers.
* Prepare and process personal financing applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling of other bank products.
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
* Participate in sales campaigns, product launches, and other promotional activities.
* Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven sales experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on personal financing products.
* Strong understanding of personal financing products and services.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer-centric with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid driver's license and own transportation may be required depending on location.
