The role

• Represent Clarendon Homes at the Everleigh display centre, Greenbank
• Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry to signed contract
• Build strong relationships and guide customers through the home-building process
• Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options
• Deliver a premium customer experience while achieving sales targets
• Weekend work is essential: Saturday to Wednesday or Thursday to Monday

About you

• Experience in residential home sales or a related sales role
• Strong communication, presentation and closing skills
• Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
• Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
• Desire to build a long-term, high-performing sales career
• Above all, you have a GREAT attitude!
