Job Description


Red Ember Recruitment is currently seeking energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultants / Counter Sales Assistants for roles based in Cape Town and Tygervalley.
The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, handling counter sales, providing product advice, and ensuring excellent customer service within a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Assisting customers at the counter and in-store.

  • Processing sales and quotations.

  • Advising customers on products and services.

  • Maintaining excellent store presentation.

  • Building strong customer relationships.

  • Assisting with stock and general shop duties.

  • Meeting sales and service targets.

Please note: Candidates must be based in or near Cape Town or Tygervalley and have reliable transport.


Requirements


  • Previous sales or retail experience will be advantageous.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

  • Candidates must be able to read, understand, and communicate in Afrikaans.

  • Candidates must be well presented and professional always.

  • Candidates must be energetic, reliable, and target driven.

  • Candidates must have their own reliable vehicle.

  • A valid driver’s license is required.
