Job Description

Our client is seeking an ambitious and polished Sales Consultant to join our Dubai team. This individual will focus on Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Luxury Real Estate Sales, engaging with a global client base of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).

The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and capable of generating new leads independently, including through cold calling, networking, and strategic business development. They must be comfortable presenting premium investment solutions and building long-term client relationships in Dubai's competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Identify and qualify new HNWI leads through networking, referrals, online prospecting, and cold calls.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to source potential clients.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with continuous outreach and follow-up.

2-Sales & Advisory:

  • Present and explain citizenship-by-investment and real estate opportunities persuasively.
  • Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable program or property.
  • Conduct detailed consultations, prepare proposals, and close deals confidently.

3-Client Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Represent the company with professionalism at all times.

4-Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with operations and legal teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
  • Accurately report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years proven sales experience in:

o Citizenship/Residency programs OR

o Luxury Real Estate / Wealth Management / Investment Advisory

  • Strong lead generation and cold calling ability.
  • Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with HNWIs with discretion and confidence.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are strong advantages.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Presentable, confident, and well-networked in Dubai.
