Sales Consultant – Aura (Sunshine Coast)

Clarendon Homes | $300K+ OTE | Uncapped Commissions | Full Time

Clarendon Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Aura —
Australia’s largest residential development and one of South East Queensland’s most exciting growth corridors.

Located within the Stockland Aura masterplanned community, Clarendon Homes’ Aura display centre is our latest display centre to open and has quickly become one of our busiest and highest-performing display locations in SE QLD.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-performing consultant looking to capitalise on strong enquiry levels, premium product demand, and long-term growth across the Sunshine Coast region.

The role

• Represent Clarendon Homes at the Aura display centre
• Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract
• Work with both greenfield and knockdown rebuild customers
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience
• Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment
• Roster: Saturday to Wednesday (weekend work essential)

About you

• Proven experience in residential new home sales
• Previous experience with knockdown rebuild sales will be highly regarded
• Strong understanding of the Sunshine Coast market preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
• Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
• Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
• Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display environment
