We’re looking for a driven and highly organised Property Consultant to join a busy, successful Manningtree office. You’ll play a key role in ensuring property transactions move smoothly from instruction through to completion, while delivering a first-class experience to buyers and sellers.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with estate agency experience who wants more responsibility, more involvement in deals, and a clear path to grow within the industry.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
• 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:45am – 3:00pm (with a day off in lieu)

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same:

• Driving the sales progression process from offer agreed through to completion
• Acting as a key point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, and third parties
• Carrying out AML checks and ensuring full compliance across all transactions
• Creating high-quality property brochures and marketing materials
• Managing and maintaining accurate CRM systems and digital records
• Coordinating board movements and installations
• Supporting lettings administration when required
• Organising maintenance works and contractor schedules
• Providing essential support across the office to keep everything running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within estate agency (sales progression ideal)
• Exposure to lettings or property management is a strong advantage
• Confident using CRM systems and digital tools
• Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
• Strong communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues
• Able to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously
• Proactive, reliable, and thrives in a busy team environment
