Who We Are
F45 Boerum Hill is a team-training studio built around fast, functional, 45-minute workouts and a community that actually
shows up for each other. We're part of a global F45 family, but what happens in our studio is local — real relationships with
the people who walk through our doors, a team that pushes each other to be better, and a growing business that rewards the
people who help it grow. We're building out our front-of-house team and looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

What the Job Is
This is a front-line growth role. You'll own the full sales cycle — from the first phone call or walk-in, through the studio tour,
to the signed membership — and you'll be the reason someone decides to change their routine, their health, and sometimes
their whole outlook. It's part salesperson, part community-builder, part first impression. You set the tone for every person's
F45 journey before they've even taken a class.

Earning Potential
Hourly wage plus uncapped commission — there's no ceiling on what you can earn here. The more leads you convert and the
more members you retain, the more you make. Top performers with a real hustle can meaningfully grow their paycheck
month over month, and as the studio grows, so does the opportunity for the right person to grow with it.
Position Type: Part-time, starting with Sunday and Monday shifts — more hours available for the right person.
• Sunday 7:45am – 4:15pm & Monday 6:10am – 2:40pm

What You'll Own
• Run the full sales cycle: generate and follow up on leads, book tours, and close new memberships
• Deliver studio tours that turn curiosity into commitment
• Build real relationships with new members from their very first day so they stick around
• Hit monthly new-member targets and track your own pipeline
• Get out into the neighborhood — local businesses, residential buildings — and generate leads face-to-face, not just
from a desk
• Support member retention so the people you sign up actually stay
• Keep the studio welcoming, clean, and ready to make a great first impression

Must-Haves
• Previous sales experience
• Comfortable with outbound calling and striking up conversations with strangers
• Exceptionally personable, positive, and people-focused
• Genuinely motivated by hitting goals and closing deals

Nice-to-Haves
• Sales experience in fitness, hospitality, or membership-based business
• Familiarity with MindBody, Loyalsnap, or similar CRM/sales tools
• A genuine passion for fitness and health
