Main Responsibilities:
- Meet with company-supplied leads and identify other prospects utilizing creative self-generating lead techniques to facilitate the customer acquisition process.
- Use strong math skills to calculate price quotes, discounts, and percentages.
- Deliver interactive sales presentations on our solutions and services to decision-makers at their homes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Marketing regarding new product and competitive information and communicating field and quality issues.
- Attend trade shows, as necessary.
- Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned sales territory.
- Traveling within the territory to meet with potential and current customers face-to-face.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products.
- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy.
- Maintaining accurate records of leads, customer accounts, and sales.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence.
- Researching competitors’ products and market conditions.
- Staying informed about industry developments through meetings and events.
- Strategically negotiating with customers to close sales.

Compensation:
- 100% Commissioned based.
- 12-Weeks of Paid training, guaranteed income while you learn and build your skills

- Pre-set company leads provided (higher income range potential from hunting additional business through social media, networking, and referrals)
- Mileage reimbursement for company leads after paid training ends.
- Expect to make between $70K -100K in the first year.
- High performers earn more than $250K annually.
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Self-motivated, driven, direct-sales-orientated individual.
- Understand the customer's needs, develop an agreeable solution, document all project specifics, and provide follow-up with the customer to the point of price presentation and final paperwork.
- Safe driving record and reliable transportation
- Training process is a mix of classroom, one-on-one, and on-the-job training over a Twelve-week period.
- Support from staff, management, and ownership during the first couple weeks of selling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

QualificationsEducation/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- Three (3) years of consultative sales experience with a verifiable record of accomplishment of sales success
- A general understanding of hurricane impact construction process
