What You Will Do:

• Create Meaningful Connections Welcome every guest with authenticity, take the time to understand their lifestyle and needs, and guide them toward the right Kia vehicle.
• Be a Product & Experience Expert Confidently showcase Kia’s innovative lineup, features, and technology in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
• Own Your Success Plan your day, manage your pipeline, and consistently work toward achieving and exceeding your sales goals.
• Deliver a Seamless Buying Journey From first conversation to final delivery, ensure every step is smooth, transparent, and enjoyable.
• Celebrate the Win Hand over the keys with confidence and excitement, creating a memorable experience customers will talk about.
• Collaborate as One Team Work closely with finance, service, and leadership to provide a complete and elevated customer experience.

What We Are Looking For:

• Sales or Customer Experience Background Previous experience is an asset, but your attitude and approach matter most.

• Valid Driver’s License Required for test drives and vehicle deliveries
