Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency)
Location: St John’s Wood, London
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a successful and fast-paced estate agency in St John’s Wood.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for property, sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in building relationships, generating new business, and guiding clients through the buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors, delivering outstanding customer service
- Register and qualify new applicants, understanding their property requirements
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcome
- Generate new business through canvassing, outbound calls, referrals, and networking
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and professional advice
- Progress sales through to completion in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage your time effectively to maximise appointments and activity levels
- Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Support marketing and promotional activities where required
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (property experience advantageous but not essential)
- Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
- A positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Business insurance
- Legal right to work in the UK

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 10:00am – 3:00pm
