The Opportunity
This is a full-time, in-office inside sales role where your income is directly tied to your effort. Our top performers consistently earn well above six figures, and the ceiling is yours to set. You’ll work a consistent Monday - Friday schedule, sell to a wide range of commercial and private customers, and be supported by a team that wants you to win.
As a Sales Consultant at Sunward, you will:
- Own a pipeline of leads and quotes to aggressively pursuing new opportunities and following up with precision.
- Consult customers through the full sales cycle, from first contact to closed deal.
- Build lasting relationships with architects, contractors, vendors, and project owners across commercial and residential sectors.
- Become a genuine expert in custom steel building solutions, sustainability, and LEED-eligible construction.
- Manage customer files and deal activity through our proprietary CRM platform.
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets and sales KPIs.
- Represent Sunward at industry events and through your professional network.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and business development programs.

- Prior sales or construction industry experience is a plus.
Compensation
Total
Compensation: $80,000–$200,000 (base + commission)
- Base Salary: $65,000 per year
- Commission: Uncapped monthly commission tied to sales performance
