Sales Consultant Renewables (Air Source Heat Pumps)
Location: Farnham
The Role
Were looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Farnham team. You'll be responsible for engaging prospective customers, explaining the benefits of Air Source Heat Pumps, and booking surveys, while working to KPIs around CRM updates, talk time and appointments. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career and progress into an Energy Assessor role within 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and engage potential clients, introducing Air Source Heat Pump solutions
Update CRM systems accurately and maintain high talk-time levels
Book surveys and appointments for prospective customers
Support the wider team to achieve sales and customer service targets
Stay informed on products and industry developments
About You
Experience in a sales, telesales or customer-facing role (renewables or HVAC an advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets
Organised and confident using CRM systems
Package & Progression
£26,000 per annum base salary
20% bonus based on KPIs (CRM updates, talk time, surveys booked)
Clear progression to Energy Assessor within 6-12 months (base salary rising to £30,000 plus per-sale bonuses)
