We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to reinforce our teams in Brussels.

Your position

The Sales Consultant has an internal sales role and provides a high level of support in the sales of Endress+Hauser instruments & services to both internal and external customers.

He/she ensures a systematic and conscientious service to the customers in the assigned industry and territory

Your role

• You will be the first point of contact of our clients and you will handle all incoming commercial and technical inquiries.
• You will provide technical & functional advice as well as pricing and delivery information to your customers and your sales team.
• You will establish and optimize the action plan, at the end of each year together with your sales team, in order to outline the main activities for the development of your customers
• You will gather input from product management, industry management and your sales team so as to fully satisfy your customer’s needs.
• You will be the main person of contact for your internal colleagues of logistics, controlling and field-service in order to ensure a smooth running of all phases of the delivery & start-up process.
• You will regularly follow up on your opportunities, to build trust and a long-term customer relationship.

Your profile

• You have a Master degree in engineering or equal through experience.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
• You are a fast learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• You demonstrate the ability to be persistent, action-oriented, results-driven and self-motivated.
• You are passionate to support you customers with know-how and insights to improve their processes.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and like to work with different departments of your customer (quality, production, maintenance, health & safety, environment, financial, purchasing,…).
• You are proficient in MS Office
