  tailoring solutions

  quotes
  and

  with
  clients

  convert
  inquiries

  sales.

  Build

  maintain
  positive
  relationships
  with
  clients
  to
  ensure
  satisfaction
  and
  retention.
• 
  Address
  client
  queries
  promptly
  and
  professionally,
  ensuring
  a
  seamless
  customer
  experience.
• 
  Maintain
  accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and
  sales in
  the
  CRM
  system.
• 
  Meet
  or
  exceed
  individual
  sales
  targets
  and
  KPIs
  in
  a
  high-volume,
  target-driven
  environment.
• 
  Collaborate
  with
  the
  Sales
  Manager
  and
  team
  members
  to
  achieve
  overall
  sales
  objectives
• 
  Ensure
  all
  sales
  activities
  comply
  with
  FSCA
  regulations,
  FAIS
  requirements,
  and internal policies.
• 
  Stay
  updated
  on
  industry
  standards
  and
  changes
  to
  maintain
  compliance.

• 
  Matric
  Certificate,
  RE5
  qualification
  and
  FAIS
  compliance
  (e.g.
  NQF5
  Wealth
  Management)
  are
  mandatory.
• 
  Relevant
  certifications
  or
  training
  in
  sales
  or
  insurance
  are
  advantageous.

Minimum
Required
Experience:

• 
  Proven
  track
  record
  of
  achieving
  sales
  targets
  in
  a
  high-volume,
  target-driven
  environment.
• 
  Experience
  in
  the
  insurance
  or
  financial
  services
  industry
  is
  preferred.
