Sales Consultant – Reineke Ford Lincoln of Tiffin

We are looking for a candidate to fill our sales consultant roll who has had at least 1 year of sales related experience. We would like to offer a retention bonus every 30 days of employment for the first 12 months totally $12,000! Please review the job details below and let us know if you're interested!

We need a salesperson who is motivated, a team player, willing to learn, and who can provide outstanding customer service to our customers. This individual will work with the existing team to learn our process, products & services.

• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle features and options

• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate features, advantages, and benefits

• Support online customers through our Internet Sales Department

• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales

Requirements/

Qualifications

• Self-Motivated Individuals need apply

• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships – strong interpersonal skills

• Valid Driver’s License with clean, insurable, driving record

• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays, as scheduled

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and be teachable
