Key Responsibilities

  • Guide guests through the BMW ownership journey — from first conversation to delivery and beyond
  • Prepare for each appointment to respect the guest’s time and preferences
  • Present vehicles, features, and options with clarity and confidence — never pressure
  • Use CRM tools to manage follow-up, appointments, and long-term relationships
  • Coordinate clean handoffs to finance and delivery for a seamless experience
  • Build repeat and referral business through trust, consistency, and hospitality

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
