The Role: High-Performance Sales & Service This is a sales-heavy position. You aren't just checking people in; you are a Wellness Consultant responsible for meeting membership quotas and service goals.

• Starting Pay: $17/hr + Uncapped Commissions and Performance Bonuses.
• The Culture: We are a Team, not a "family." We value professional boundaries, mutual respect, and hitting targets.
• The Standards: We utilize Zenoti and expect "old school" customer service—that means personalized follow-ups, detailed client notes, and 5-star hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Membership: Confidently meet daily and weekly sales goals.
• Concierge Hospitality: Provide one-on-one, undivided attention to every guest. No "sitting behind a desk"—you are actively engaging.
• Expert Consulting: Learn the science behind our Dermalogica and Image Skincare lines to effectively recommend home care and upgrades.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a pristine facility and handle high-volume scheduling with precision.
