Sales & Commercial Manager
Salary: £70,000 to £90,000 depending on experience
Bonus: EBITDA-linked bonus scheme (circa 10%)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm

The Opportunity
We are recruiting an experienced Sales & Commercial Manager to lead and elevate a well-established B2B sales function within a growing manufacturing-led business.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full ownership of sales performance, pipeline conversion, commercial rigour and team accountability. The business has clear growth ambitions and is now seeking a commercially astute leader who can turn strategy into action, improve sales velocity and embed a high-performance culture.
You will inherit an established sales and estimating team, supported by a dedicated business development function, with the remit to bring greater structure, momentum and focus to how opportunities are converted into profitable revenue.
