The role:

The Sales Coach plays a crucial role in enhancing sales team’s performance by developing and implementing coaching strategies, providing training, and improving sales skills utilising CCEP Academies. This role will work closely with sales management in the Pacific Region to build a team that meets or exceeds sales targets by consistently growing capability and improving metrics year on year.

A well-presented, highly personable and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Degree qualification in Business, Management, or relevant business stream
• Certification in sales training is a plus
• Class 6 PNG Drivers Lice.
• Proven experience as a Sales Coach or similar role in sales.
• Significant proven experience in sales techniques, including cold-calls and negotiation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, create and implement a sales coaching strategy.
• Minimum 8 years’ as a sales manager.
• Experience in fast moving consumer goods environment preferred.
• Technology savvy, quick learner.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Powerpoint), e-learning software is an asset.
• Good analytical skills.
• Experienced with Saes optimisation software.
